Currently looking into an online customer management DB and a scheduling solution which will automate a lot of the tasks that we currently handle manually. Over and above the automation benefit it will enable the business to create the necessary basic infrastructure to build upon new cutting edge servicing capabilities.

Earlier this year we ve introduced our online voucher capability which allows our customers to customize and order their gift vouchers online also the ability to deliver the e-voucher directly to its recipient over an email. This feature cuts down the required time of sourcing a gift voucher and is a fresh new way of surprising its recipient.
